Deborah Kelley
COO & CMO
Deborah Kelley is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Omassist, where she leads sales, marketing, revenue operations, and day-to-day management as the company's subject matter expert. She is the owner of a successful Visiting Angels franchise, an AHCA-licensed and accredited Nurse Registry serving seniors across Hillsborough, Polk, and Manatee Counties since 2004. Before launching her registry, Deborah held leadership roles at WellCare and Amerigroup, managing provider networks, HEDIS compliance, and AAAHC accreditation efforts. A US Army veteran, she holds a B.S. in Healthcare Administration, a degree in Medical Records management and has earned CSA and Florida 215-Life Health & Variable Annuity License certifications.

Mark Zeitler
CEO & CTO
Mark Zeitler is the co-founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Technology Officer of Omassist, bringing more than four decades of experience building and scaling software companies across SaaS, ERP, telecommunications, and cloud platforms. He co-founded Accrisoft and led its technology vision for more than two decades, helping grow the business into a successful SaaS company before its acquisition by Mainsail Partners. He later served as fractional CTO across multiple Teamfront companies, helping guide development, DevOps, and quality practices across a growing software portfolio. At Omassist, Mark leads product, technology, and company strategy, combining deep technical expertise with hands-on leadership to build a modern platform for registries, clients, and caregivers.

Mike is a software engineering leader with over 30 years of experience as a Director of Engineering, Software Architect, and Software Engineer. At Omassist, he leads testing and quality assurance for the product while helping integrate AI systems to enhance the platform's capabilities.
